Our Story

Madras Mojo began with a simple thought —

“Why should authentic Indian food be slow, inconsistent, or complicated?”

We wanted to serve traditional flavors of Madras and South India in a way that’s faster, smarter, and accessible to everyone.

Our founders combined culinary expertise, automation, and standardized recipes to create a model that removes dependency on a head chef while maintaining true, bold taste in every meal.
